Manages and maintains all controlled assets accountable to AV, Inc.
Maintains compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
Oversees, manages, and analyzes activities associated with asset business systems
Establishes and maintains asset accountability records
Coordinates disposition of excess or surplus material or equipment
Conducts internal and external process assessments in meeting regulatory requirements
Provides guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to asset life-cycle management
Supports internal and external customer audits
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of related property and asset management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control systems, record-keeping techniques, flow-chart creation, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of government property administration principles, theories, and concepts as well as a strong understanding of property administration practices, techniques, and standards
Demonstrated knowledge of business processes associated with the asset management lifecycle
