You will join our Identity & Security department, plan and support changes and projects, and assist with daily operational tasks.
You operate and further develop key parts of the IT security architecture and, within our product organization, are responsible for the Directory Services infrastructure and related services.
You coordinate the operational management of relevant service providers and monitor their quality and the timely completion of their tasks.
In the area of Identity Governance and Administration you contribute significantly to stable operations and support the further development of privileged access management (Privileged Access Management).
You collaborate with other IT teams and internal departments, aligning business requirements with existing IT security policies.

You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in computer science, or possess equivalent knowledge and professional experience in the areas described above.
You can draw on expert knowledge of IT security solutions and methodologies (Microsoft Defender, OpenVAS, CIS Benchmarks, Zero-Trust model).
You have strong experience configuring and administering Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
You have experience with Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., Omada, One Identity, SailPoint, Microsoft PIM, CyberArk).
You are passionate about new technologies, eager to learn, and appreciate modern leadership with short decision-making paths.
Business-fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
