Develop credit granting models, taking into account Sicredi’s different customer segments, strategies and products;
Implement the models developed by the credit granting team together with the technology area;
Monitor, review, recalculate and calibrate models when applicable;
Produce studies and new proposals on credit granting and guarantees, understanding members’ profiles, products and steps in the credit cycle;
Collaborate with different product teams, supporting analysis and new data/insight perspectives;
Interact with the various roles in the data and systems process (analysts, engineers, scientists and business analysts);
Maintain necessary documentation for your deliverables and communicate results;
Keep evolving technically on an ongoing basis.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related fields;
Experience with statistical modeling applied to the credit market;
Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly;
Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, Spark and SQL;
Practical experience in data analysis, monitoring indicators and developing ad-hoc studies;
Knowledge of and experience in the credit market;
Intermediate English is desirable.
