Plan and conduct discovery activities to identify and map relevant opportunities and pain points for our users and customers through user research and interviews.
Propose and participate in experimenting with hypotheses and concepts, validating them through user research, A/B tests, multivariate or split tests, or other validation methods to support product strategy.
Collaborate in defining success metrics and monitor them through recurring follow-ups to support business decisions and direction.
Use data during project development to formulate hypotheses and support design decisions.
Facilitate workshops and ideation activities with the team to guide product development and foster multidisciplinary exchange.
Execute and oversee user research processes, applying insights to build and optimize the product.
Design and iterate experiences that align with business objectives and user needs to drive product strategy.
Define new flows; create interfaces using our design system; build low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes when needed; perform handoff and follow up on implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Portfolio demonstrating real business impact and improvements to the user experience, including cases that cover strategy, journey simplification, and product evolution.
Solid experience in UI design, with projects involving design systems, mockups, prototypes, and microinteractions.
Systemic business perspective and deep understanding of user pains and needs connected to business requirements.
Mastery of design principles and heuristics, UX/UI best practices, and proficiency in Figma.
Experience in product discovery and developing digital products for web and mobile environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate product decisions using clear, well-structured arguments.
Knowledge of product metrics and KPIs and how to use them to guide design decisions.
A curious mindset for exploring and experimenting with AI tools and technologies.
Interest in staying up to date with AI trends and applying them to design challenges.
