Drive the evolution of the existing global networking environment to maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure across offices, labs, partners, data centers, customer development, and cloud environments.
Enhance network security through efforts including, but not limited to, segmentation, firewall policy improvements, identity-driven access controls, and Zero Trust principles.
Automate network configuration, monitoring, compliance checks, and change management using modern automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, etc.).
Maintain and optimize switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and WAN connectivity.
Implement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively detect security and operational issues such as intrusions, break-ins/compromised entryways, data issues, and connectivity bottlenecks.
Partner with IT and DevOps and Security to build a unified, automated infrastructure foundation with consistent best practices, security, and policy enforcement.
Lead or contribute to network-related incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortems.
Take a technical leadership role in architecting and implementing global infrastructure scaling for new office/lab expansions, production-like test environments, customer support, and data center environments.
Develop and enforce network standards, documentation, runbooks, and operational SOPs.
Evaluate new networking and security-focused technologies and solutions as d-Matrix expands and matures into a global enterprise environment.
