Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a startup environment
Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform or similar technologies
A history of delivery on high impact organizational projects
Experience in digital health technologies is a strong plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
