Lead the definition of infrastructure architecture in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security and resilience;
Serve as the team's technical reference, guiding and mentoring less experienced engineers;
Ensure the implementation of reliable, auditable, and highly available solutions;
Promote automation and standardization of environments through engineering best practices;
Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities (performance, security and cost optimization);
Collaborate with development and product teams, aligning technical vision with business needs.
Requirements
Advanced experience with AWS (RDS, EKS, Load Balancers, VPC, CloudFront);
Hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), including OKE, VPC, Compute and Load Balancers;
Experience with cloud workload migration projects;
Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab;
Strong focus on observability with tools like Dynatrace and Datadog;
Experience operating Kubernetes clusters (EKS, OKE) in production environments;
Knowledge of scalability, security and high availability strategies;
Experience managing manifests, Helm charts and RBAC policies;
Experience in multicloud environments and hybrid strategies;
Nice to have: Certifications in AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect), OCI (e.g., Architect Professional) or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD); participation in technical communities or open source projects.
