- Assess and manage disability claim appeals in accordance with organizational claims practices and service standards

Requirements
- 3-5 years Disability Claims experience
- Exceptional case management skills with focus on positive outcomes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others effectively
- Client-focused mindset with critical thinking and stellar customer service
- Strong listening skills and empathy
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback tactfully and productively
