Role Overview
- Maintain and assist the expansion of Managed Services Program (MSP) client relationships
- Review and interpret contractual terms
- Build and submit reports to communicate activity and strategy development
- Participate in developing and communicating customized Business Reviews to clients
- Communicate strategic account management information
- Achieve annual revenue goals
- Identify, analyze, interpret, and present trends relevant to the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Prior experience supporting a sales team
- Prior experience building and managing sales programs
