Independently perform monthly bookkeeping for clients across various industries
Contribute to monthly and annual financial statement preparation
Communicate with the tax office and provide support on tax-related matters
Participate in projects and assist in optimizing accounting and financial processes
Support system migrations, e.g., from RZL to BMD NTCS
File VAT returns, EC Sales Lists and other tax declarations
Prepare monthly reports and business performance analyses
Assist with VAT special audits

Several years of experience in accounting, ideally within a tax advisory firm
Completed accounting qualification/certificate (e.g., WIFI / Academy of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants)
Experience with common ERP/accounting systems (e.g., BMD NTCS, DATEV, RZL, RZA, DVO)
Experience in payroll accounting, ideally with a payroll certification — desirable
Strong Excel skills
High level of accuracy and reliability
Team player with excellent communication skills
Very good German language skills, at least C1 level
Desirable: willingness to travel within Eastern Austria (approx. 50%)
