Develop and implement detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new and existing product features.
Work alongside developers to manually test new features during the development process.
Test software applications on mobile devices and report and gather information to help debug issues.
Work closely with the development and product teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently and implement corrective and preventative actions as required.
Triage, reproduce and debug technical support requests and bugs.
Maintain regression test scripts/testing scenarios and criteria.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with manual testing, testing applications, and automation as a QA Engineer.
Good programming ability, ideally with some experience in both backend and frontend development for external end users.
Experience in writing test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications.
Experience with mobile app testing, integration testing and API testing.
A good understanding of continuous integration and delivery tools e.g. AWS Code Pipelines, Jenkins, Bitrise.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well within an agile environment and collaborate with multinational and cross functional teams.
Able to solve problems and enjoy learning new concepts.
Passionate about quality with a keen eye for detail.
Prior experience in a security conscious environment an advantage.
ISTQB or similar certification an advantage.
