Management and coordination of web projects across all phases (initial discovery, requirements gathering, planning, controlling, implementation, closure)
Communicating with and advising clients; handling client inquiries via email and phone
Acting as the interface between design, development, and the client
Creating project roadmaps in alignment with clients
Resource planning for project teams
Assisting with cost estimates and preparing proposals/quotes
Requirements
A suitable and relevant education or degree: computer science education with business administration training, business administration education with IT experience, or a comparable background
Several years of experience leading IT and digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
Experience with project documentation and proposal/quotation processes
Enjoys client support and consulting, and leading interdisciplinary project teams
Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
Entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative
Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
Team player with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
Used to working independently and organizing your own work — reliability is one of your strengths!
