Plan, execute, and close technical projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and define success criteria.
Gather required end-user data to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications.
Identify and assess risks associated with technical projects and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions and conduct regular quality reviews and testing activities.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and technical considerations.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Obtain necessary approvals for budget adjustments.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on technical milestones.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related field, or commensurate experience.
Experience in deployment of Payroll and/or workforce management systems.
4+ years experience with software deployments and knowledge of SDLC.
Experience managing resource utilization, revenue, and project profitability.
Prior experience with software delivery, training, and customer support.
Experience in Microsoft T-SQL, ability to read and write SQL queries, a plus.
Experience with Human Resources, Time & Attendance and Scheduling or similar software systems application is preferred.
