Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on time, on budget execution and high customer satisfaction
Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work
Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes
Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks
Work closely with customers to create schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign technicians based on skills and availability
Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality
Requirements
At least 5 years minimum experience in SAP EAM or related SAP modules
At least 2 years minimum experience implementing SAP MRS or SAP RSH
Functional knowledge of SAP PM including managing work orders, work centers, maintenance plans, and personnel numbers
Familiarity with the IPSECA model and maintenance business processes
In depth knowledge of maintenance industry best practices around planning, scheduling and dispatching
Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
