ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HAM

Role Overview

• Design the solution architecture and establish processes.
• Implement or enhance the HAM module.
• Advise clients on ITAM best practices.
• Assess the maturity level of asset management.
• Propose continuous improvements to the hardware lifecycle.
• Define and optimize data normalization.
• Develop automations using Flow Designer.
• Implement and support asset management processes on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure data quality and reliability in the CMDB.
• Create and maintain asset inventories and HAM dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams such as Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT.
• Provide technical support for ITAM operations.

Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow ITAM projects.
• Certifications such as CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-Discovery, and CSA.
• Knowledge of asset governance practices (ITAM).
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, including governance and relationships.
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management practices.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Ownership mindset and proactivity in deliveries.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and clients.
• Continuous interest in learning and professional development.
• Adaptability to dynamic, growing environments.
• Fluent English (advantage).
• Advanced Spanish (advantage).
• Postgraduate degree / MBA.
