Design Excellence – Own end-to-end product and visual design, ensuring a high bar for UI/UX through detailed execution in Figma.
User Research & Feedback – Occasionally conduct UX research with customers, test prototypes, and refine designs based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product and engineering teams to define features, work through technical constraints, iterate on designs, and to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.
Strategic Impact – Within your first 90 days, get up to speed with Monarch’s design system, take ownership of new product design projects, and collaborate on UX research when needed.

Experience: 4+ years in mobile and product design at a consumer-focused company.
Design Mastery: Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a systems-thinking approach.
Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Innovative Thinking: Experience designing for 0-to-1 projects.
Strong experience with Figma (for design and prototyping)
