About this role

Conduct technical analysis of briefs and carry out research on references, trends, and benchmarking to ensure innovation in projects.
Actively lead art direction and brand creation, developing strong visual identities.
Create Key Visuals (KVs) for live marketing projects and coordinate all of their adaptations across event materials.
Develop visual designs for proposals and presentations for strategic pitches.
Produce offline and digital assets, ensuring visual consistency across all project touchpoints.
Participate in brainstorms to develop concepts, activations, and content.
Perform other department-related tasks as directed by leadership.

Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
Previous experience as an Art Director
Knowledge of design principles (layout, proportion, color, and visual hierarchy)
Familiarity with AI tools and solutions applied to design
Experience in events or live marketing is a plus
Creative, organized, and strong time-management skills.
