Design and evolve the data architecture (Data Lake / Lakehouse / Data Warehouse) on AWS.
Build robust pipelines in Python/PySpark with a focus on performance and cost.
Define engineering standards (orchestration, versioning, CI/CD, data testing).
Implement Data Quality, Observability, and Data Governance practices.
Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Optimize workloads on Databricks and distributed environments.
Work closely with Product and Business teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions.

Strong experience in cloud data architecture (AWS).
Proficiency in analytical modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Vault — a plus).
Hands-on experience optimizing Spark (partitioning, shuffle, caching, tuning).
Experience with cloud cost control (FinOps applied to data).
Experience with orchestration (Airflow, Databricks Workflows, or similar).
Practical knowledge of data observability (logs, metrics, alerts).
Experience with versioning and CI/CD for pipelines.
Strong technical reasoning and influence skills.
