Lead the design, deployment, and management of secure, automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while ensuring compliance with security policies and standards
Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and orchestration to support scalable, resilient cloud and on-premises environments
Integrate security controls and compliance requirements into the software development lifecycle, applying DevSecOps best practices
Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to implement continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation strategies
Support system lifecycle management including provisioning, patching, configuration, and access control in classified environments
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to foster DevSecOps culture and skills development within the team
Participate in cross-functional engineering workshops and program reviews to align technical solutions with mission objectives
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and pipeline issues to maintain operational readiness and mission assurance
Maintain documentation and support accreditation efforts to meet regulatory and program requirements
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering, DevSecOps, or related roles supporting secure environment
Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure integration
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to DoD and classified programs
Experience supporting classified or Special Access Programs (SAP)
Knowledge of security automation, vulnerability scanning, and continuous monitoring tools
Experience mentoring and leading technical teams in DevSecOps practice
Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or equivalent IAT Level 2 certifications
Familiarity with container orchestration and microservices architectures
