About this role
Role Overview
Proactively engage dealer and retail partners across your assigned territory to sell Cabinetworks products
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate kitchen cabinet solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen designers at dealers and retail outlets
Develop and grow prospects and existing customers
Initially focused on expanding existing accounts and growing market share
Regularly interact with the outside sales teams to drive sales and ensure market coverage
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information to sales leadership regarding competitors impacting assigned responsibility
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Utilize Salesforce.com to track customer interactions and your sales pipeline
Requirements
2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
Prefer construction, home renovation, cabinetry, or related industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and via email
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of the kitchen cabinet market and designer needs is a plus
Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
