About this role
Role Overview
- Analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Working with teams to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Delivering key improvement projects across the Nordic region.
- Coaching & supporting local teams to implement improvement initiatives.
- Training teams in LSS concepts and methods.
- Implementing & managing the Operational Excellence program for LCI claims.
Requirements
- Hands‑on industry experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), including Daily Management, A3 Problem Solving & Standardized work
- LSS certification is highly regarded. (Green Belt or higher.)
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use analytical techniques to identify problem areas.
- A working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is highly regarded.
- Previous project management experience.
- Relevant academic/university degree in engineering or science.
- Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
