Work closely with EQA Regional Leads and Ops Excellence lead to support the audit schedule.
Plan, lead, and/or conduct Enterprise Quality Audits for QMS compliance.
Perform formal responsibilities of a Lead Auditor such as audit planning, conducting opening and closing meetings.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Complete and issue detailed audit reports, including findings and non-conformances.
Develop and implement compliance-related improvement projects and processes.
Analyze audit performance to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Present audit data analytics to leadership and support talent development within the team.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
Certification as an Aerospace Auditor (AA) or Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA)
Strong knowledge of Quality Audit programs and industry regulations.
