Demonstrate leadership around safety.
Develops and implements business strategies and operational plans for projects, programs, and process.
Ensure projects adhere to approved budgets and timelines, for the quarter and year, by tracking progress, addressing risks, and driving resolutions.
Oversee financial planning and reporting to maintain transparency and mitigate variances.
Oversee the development and management of O&M and capital budget for department.
Drive effective change management strategies to support smooth transitions in processes or systems.
Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and ensure alignment across all OpCos and delivery channels.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Transmission, Distribution, Gas, and Wildfire operations and other internal and external stakeholders.
Strategically plans and implements solutions, including, process and/or IT solutions that focus on improving employee and productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered as acceptable.
Minimum ten years of experience in gas and/or electric utility design, construction, and maintenance, which includes at least 5 years of management experience.
Demonstrated ability to meet business and financial objectives.
Travel may be required.
Experience in project management, program management, and process improvement.
