Collaborate with business partners to determine and implement optimal pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Engage with international leaders to understand market developments and identify opportunities to better align intercompany prices with local commercial objectives.
Coordinate with the Tax Department to ensure intercompany prices comply with transfer pricing regulations.
Provide support to the Tax Department during audits.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics.
Proactively work with OUS business leaders to help drive profitable growth.
Develop cashflow forecasts and other analyses to support OUS decision-making, such as the decision to launch a new product, enter a new market, or expand capacity.
Assist in budgeting processes involving OUS markets.
Implement and support continuous improvement in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a strong network of peer relationships with colleagues from International Supply Chain, Regional Finance, Tax, and Accounting.
Exercise flexibility in working time or hours when needed to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
One year of relevant work experience is preferred.
Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP system or equivalent
Strong Excel modeling skills are required
Must be comfortable and skilled at learning to use new technologies
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage simultaneous assignments, and deliver highly accurate quantitative analyses under tight deadlines
Must be fluent in verbal and written communication in English
Spanish, Portuguese, and/or any Asian languages a plus
