Prepare data collection materials: develop questionnaires, select and categorize target audiences, budget and approve the programming vendor, send client-approved forms to the programmer, test links, distribute materials to the interviewing team, train interviewer teams and pharmacovigilance staff, and monitor the progress of data collection;
Monitor pharmacovigilance reports and communicate findings to clients;
Ensure the quality and completeness of form/data submissions;
Process collected data;
Produce delivery reports (Power BI);
Create summarized presentations for client deliverables;
Requirements
Education: Degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science;
Strong numerical skills and analytical ability;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills;
Ability to synthesize and analyze complex topics (particularly healthcare subjects);
Familiarity with statistical software or data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, SQL) is a plus but not required;
Familiarity with data visualization/presentation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Thinkcell);
Preferred: proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage;
