About this role
Role Overview
Direct and lead strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and consolidated reporting for Operations and Delivery Services.
Contribute to the organization’s strategic vision and work with senior leaders to translate that vision to operational plans.
Predict and capture operational and financial performance to guide and measure Operations and Delivery success.
Serve as the lead finance business partner with business delivery responsibility.
Help position Operations and Delivery Services to deliver Revenue, Margin, and Cash results.
Oversee and manage the continued development, simplification, and standardization of Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning, and Modeling tools/processes.
Provide leadership by working with executives to establish long-range financial goals and strategic plans.
Develop standard monthly reporting, and performance management dashboards and models.
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and improve processes.
Manage a team of onshore and offshore FP&A resources capable of hands-on analysis and process improvement.
Communicate Operations and Delivery Services results through succinct presentations and supporting material.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent
20+ years corporate FP&A experience & deep financial acumen
At least 10 years of healthcare experience
Healthcare industry financial and operational experience preferred
Strong collaboration / partnership skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Outstanding project management skills
The ability to re-calibrate plans as situations evolve (change management skills)
Solid business understanding, problem-solving skills, and business intuition
Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping pace with changing demands
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications including PowerPoint.
