Requirements
Proven experience in the telecom industry (or similar) with a deep level of domain knowledge in platform enabling technologies related to Internal developer experiences and SDLC
Deep experience in system integration, architectural design patterns, API‑first design, and event‑driven architecture
Clear platform value propositions, guardrails, and contracts

Non-Functional requirements (Security by design, compliance and regulatory awareness, scalability\resilience\availability, cost models)
Experience in architecture and engineering, and strategic leadership roles in large organisations.
Hands-on strategic architecture experience to define mid and long-term architecture designs.
Knowledge of Tele Management Forum (TMF), Open API, Digital Open Architecture, AI architectures and concepts, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, graphical models, and frameworks.
Insight into information management practices, SDLC management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, EA and ITIL frameworks.
Understanding of various operating models and agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
Effective leadership skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
