Role Overview
Perform the recording and verification of invoices in the system, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Contact suppliers, providing administrative support and following up on the department's requests.
Maintain relationships and communication with public agencies, supporting processes and requests necessary for the expansion area.
Manage the sending and receiving of correspondence and documents, ensuring organization and traceability.
Support the administrative routines of the expansion department, contributing to the progress of projects and processes.
Organize and file physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
Requirements
High school diploma completed (preferably currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, or related fields).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good deadline management.
Good communication skills for contacting suppliers and the commercial area.
Differentials
Previous experience in administrative routines, particularly with invoice entry;
Experience interacting with suppliers and public agencies;
Basic knowledge of administrative processes related to the expansion area (contracts, documentation, approvals, etc.).
