As a Learning Experience Designer on the Corporate Learning & Development team, you will champion the creation of innovative, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions that drive Agero’s business strategy forward.
You’ll serve as a strategic partner to our L&D team, People Business Partners, and business leaders – translating organizational goals into immersive learning experiences.
Your focus will be on shaping non-technical skills and behaviors through modern, blended solutions across a variety of modalities (virtual instructor-led, self-directed, on-the-job, etc.).
Design and launch end-to-end learning experiences for an enterprise audience, partnering with stakeholders on the People team and SMEs throughout the business.
Develop a variety of learning offerings: eLearnings, in-person and virtual instructor-led workshops, videos, AI-enabled practice scenarios, and other on-demand resources.
Leverage AI tools to create personalized learning experiences, accelerate development, and enhance learner engagement.
Enable seamless learning in the flow of work via leading edge program design, AI-enabled resources (i.e. NotebookLM), and creative integrations (i.e. Slack, LMS, project management tools).
Be a creative asset for the L&D team, contributing design expertise to new and existing L&D programs and assets.
Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives.
Use performance, engagement and other data sources to prioritize work and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology or high-growth corporate environment with a proven track record of delivering high-impact learning programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong grasp of adult learning theory with knowledge of leading edge practices in organizational learning.
Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva, Camtasia or other video editing software, Articulate, and AI-powered course/content authoring tools.
Demonstrated ability to apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive learner journeys.
Must be able to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously.
Strong visual storytelling and design skills; portfolio of relevant sample content required at application.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Formal training in instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational development, or relevant specialized certifications as a plus.
