Monitor and report on program performance, including key metrics, timelines, and budget adherence
Prepare regular status reports and present findings to stakeholders
Lead and manage multiple programs/projects for clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining long-term relationships
Oversee the planning, resource management, and execution of programs
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
Responsible for managing all change orders and invoicing

Minimum of 12 years of experience in program or project management
Proven track record of managing large, complex Power Generation programs and projects
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
Knowledge of utility Power Generation operations and regulatory requirements
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Must be local to the Houston/The Woodlands area, expectations are to be in the office at least 3 days a week
