About this role

Design & Develop Bots: Build intelligent bots using Kore.AI and other platforms, ensuring robust lifecycle management.
Integrate Voice & Telephony Services: Implement voice bot solutions integrated with Genesys/CXOne for superior customer engagement.
Enable Cloud Deployments: Deploy and manage solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
Optimize Performance: Debug, monitor, and optimize bot performance for reliability and efficiency.
Support Operations: Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for deployed solutions.
Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/ADO.

Must have Bot Development (preferably Kore.AI) Experience
Bot Lifecycle Management is mandatory
Must have Voice Bot/Telephony Integration (Genesys/CXOne)
Experience in JavaScript, REST APIs, Web Services is mandatory
Additional languages (Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML) Good to have
Good to have experience with alternative bot platforms (Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa)
Good to have CI/CD pipelines and test case development
