Works in close partnership with PDP stakeholders to execute project reviews and approvals cleanly and seamlessly
Working closely with the Product configuration teams, validates configuration completion within the product configurators is accurate and reflective of model/certification year implementation determined by the PDP board
Responsible for managing and maintaining the master project track sheet, and project Teams channels.
Coordinates and leads all PDP board meetings, ensures that meeting agendas and minutes are distributed, manages and tracks all decisions made at the meetings
Prepares and compiles project information for monthly ELT meeting and ensures quarterly GLT meeting information is compiled
As a hands-on leader, reviews, tracks and ensures all meeting materials are complete prior to each phase approval meeting of a project. Communicates with project owner for all required documents
Participates in and supports the continuous improvement and management of the process and its associated materials including training documentation
