You secure the network and IT environments of our clients in the upper mid-market and in enterprises — with a particular focus on Arista and Extreme — and ensure stable, secure operations
You analyze and handle complex incidents, problems and changes in demanding network and security architectures and develop sustainable, high-performance solutions
You act as the technical contact for our clients, understand their network and security requirements in detail and develop tailored concepts — from segmentation and policy design to fast, pragmatic workarounds in the event of an outage
By providing structured and precise documentation of incidents, changes and security measures, you ensure a consistently high level of service and security

At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
Solid knowledge of network security and modern network architectures, particularly in the area of switching and fabric technologies from Arista Networks and Extreme Networks
Ideally, you have already gained hands-on experience with one or both vendors
You are fascinated by new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends
You take ownership of client challenges — a permanent workaround is not acceptable to you
As a technology‑enthusiastic, customer‑oriented and personable professional with a sense of humor, you share your knowledge within the team, support know‑how development and contribute to a respectful working environment
You have business‑fluent German and very good English skills
