About this role
Role Overview
Provide face-to-face support to customers in branches.
Handle everyday banking tasks.
Support customers through important moments such as bereavement or fraud concerns.
Promote and support digital banking services.
Connect customers with appropriate products and services.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
A people person – honesty and genuineness in helping with finances required (no previous financial services experience required)
Ability to quickly build relationships for a fantastic customer experience.
Passion to empathize and act with care and integrity while resolving queries.
Commitment to delivering on promises and to going above and beyond for customers.
A genuine teammate – collaborating closely with colleagues.
