Execute engineering tasks for all phases from early business development to project execution
Follow projects from start to finish, from office procedures to offshore operations
Interface with a range of internal or external stakeholders including project team and clients
Prepare and establish detailed installation methods and procedures
Plan and participate in mobilizations and offshore operations
Participate in technical and safety reviews
Create equipment lists and prepare technical drawings

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marine Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Subsea Technology or equivalent
3-15 years of experience working with subsea installation projects
Enthusiasm for engineering, technology and problem solving
Good communications and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English, spoken and written
