Role Overview
- Own design problems end to end, from customer input to tweaking animation easing curves
- Work on feature ideation, designing, and shipping as well as creating landing pages
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams closely
- Set the roadmap and priorities interpreting customer feedback
- Define and iterate on the design system for Plain
Requirements
- Proven track record working for product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguity
- Experience with UI details and customer conversations
- HTML, CSS, and React familiarity
- Open and collaborative work style
