Role Overview
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral devices in heterogeneous networks
- Supporting the IT operations team, including administration of operating systems and databases
- Systematic identification and resolution of IT incidents
- Gaining commercial knowledge in IT service projects
Requirements
- Technically interested individual
- Very good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) with a technical/commercial focus, or a good Abitur/Fachabitur
- Good skills in mathematics, German, English and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networks
- Initial experience with programming languages
- Flexible, analytical and systematic thinker
- Team player with a strong work ethic and initiative
