Manage payment controls, ensuring accuracy in the legal expense workflow (attorney fees, court costs, judicial deposits and reimbursements);
Manage case tracking, ensuring deadline management, record keeping and updates in legal systems;
Interface with vendors and with finance, accounting and procurement teams to validate information and execute payment routines;
Populate and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), producing reports and dashboards for management;
Support the implementation and improvement of internal workflows and controls for the area;
Ensure compliance of procedural and financial information in corporate systems (ERP, legal software, spreadsheets and BI tools);
Identify operational risks and propose solutions to optimize and automate processes.

Bachelor's degree completed (diploma or graduation certificate);
Previous experience in legal controllership, finance or administrative operations within legal departments or law firms;
Familiarity with legal management systems (e.g., Legal One, ProJuris) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar);
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI or equivalents);
Strong analytical capability, organizational skills and attention to detail;
Clear communication, a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

What will be a plus:

Intermediate English;
Experience in Legal Operations;
Knowledge of accounting provisions control and value reconciliations;
Experience in process automation or the use of technologies applied to legal management.
