About this role

Lead end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications, ensuring high-quality delivery
Serve as the primary client contact for engagements, building trusted relationships and managing expectations
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions
Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to shape solution direction
Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications
Deliver sales demos to prospective clients, showcasing ServiceNow capabilities
Support proposal development, SOW creation, and pre-sales activities
Mentor and train junior staff
Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing

2+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience
Ability to independently lead client projects and contribute to business development
Strong track record of delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications – Preferred
Certified Application Developer (CAD) – a plus
