Provide technical leadership within the Quality Engineering team, guiding test strategy, automation initiatives, and cross-functional quality practices.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure high standards of quality across mobile, cloud, and IoT platforms.
Develop testing strategies for connected devices, validating end-to-end user workflows, and ensuring products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.
Mentor and coach QE engineers to elevate technical capability and testing best practices.
Serve as the technical point of contact for quality across cross-functional teams.
Lead hands-on test planning, auditing, and execution.
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for new features and product releases.
Identify risk areas and prioritize testing efforts based on impact and complexity.
Define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to monitor product health.
Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies to improve test automation, coverage, and efficiency.
Contribute to building and improving test frameworks and infrastructure.
Validate end-to-end workflows across cameras, base stations, cloud services, and client applications.
Test streaming, recording, notification systems, and AI/ML-driven features such as object detection and smart alerts.
Manage test cycles, defect triage, and release readiness sign-offs.
Champion a strong culture of quality across the organization.

8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing
Proven experience leading test strategy and technical quality initiatives
Strong experience with test planning, defect management, and release validation
Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and client-server applications
Familiarity with automation frameworks and modern test tools
Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes of complex issues
Experience working in Agile development environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams
