Operate and continuously evolve the Internal Developer Platform based on Azure, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable developers with automated workflows by building and maintaining containerized workloads.
Provide a consistent end-to-end developer experience by standardizing tooling from local IDEs to CI/CD pipelines and runtime environments.
Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner to translate platform roadmap and requirements into technical solutions.
Improve developer workflows by simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and promoting standardized approaches.
Ensure platform reliability and security via monitoring, observability, and policy-driven governance.
Enable citizen developers to adopt the platform by providing technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support.
Create documentation, guidelines, and onboarding materials to support sustainable platform adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field related to DevOps development or engineering
Proficiency in DevOps automation (Terraform, GitHub Actions) and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud-native architectures
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, preferably in enterprise-scale cloud environments
A collaborative mindset — You work closely with developers, understand their needs, proactively translate requirements into user stories and propose technical solutions.
Strong time management skills — You’re able to self-organize, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to apply agile principles and mindset to daily work — You’re comfortable delivering iteratively and maintaining consistent progress in a dynamic environment.
A cloud certification (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.
