Role Overview
- Responsible for updating Pipedrive, BI and Auvo tools, updating the following data daily/weekly;
- PIPEDRIVE
- Provide user support and answer user questions
- Enter quotes/estimates into the sales pipeline
- Enter tool estimates into the UNIFIED BU pipelines
- Register clients
- Create custom fields (when requested)
- Create specific filters (when requested)
- Create specific pipelines (when requested)
- Create deal labels/tags (when requested)
- Generate insights from the tool
- Maintain the reversal pipeline
- Extract data from the tool
- Register new employees
- AUVO
- Train and upskill users
- Enable new users and create teams
- Manage employees' client portfolios
- Add/remove tasks (when requested)
- Extract data from the tool
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI
