About this role
Role Overview
Train growers and field crews on how to use the Vivid X system
Ensure smooth early adoption through in-field support and proactive follow-ups
Spend 2-3 days per week in orchards during busy periods
Troubleshoot issues, spot scanning or setup challenges, and ensure high-quality data
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with orchard managers, growers, and agronomists
Provide structured feedback and report on seasonal patterns
Contribute to customer playbooks, training guides, and onboarding content
Requirements
0–3 years in agriculture, ag extension, customer-facing roles, or field-based work
Fluency in English; bilingual in one of French, Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian
Love to travel (approx. 25% of the time), all costs covered
A genuine interest in horticulture, plant physiology, and fruit production
Comfortable with hands-on technical tasks and field troubleshooting
Excellent communicator with a warm, customer-first approach
Tech-curious and eager to learn both hardware and software
Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regularly
Bonus: experience with tree fruit, crop scouting, or orchard operations
