Act as the technical focal point for VTEX IO, guiding and supporting developers in day-to-day tasks and ensuring quality and best practices in development.
Monitor and guide teams during store go-live processes, ensuring all technical and configuration aspects are properly implemented.
Assist Product Owners and clients with questions related to the VTEX admin panel, including product setup, promotions, catalog, integrations and other platform configurations.
Collaborate with the commercial/sales team to create technical and effort estimates for new projects, assessing the complexity of requests, integrations and customizations.
Participate in meetings with clients and the sales team, delivering technical presentations, explaining platform differentiators and supporting requirement clarification.
Contribute to documentation of processes, best practices and technical standards for development and configuration on the platform.
Work alongside QA and support teams to analyze and resolve incidents related to store operations.
Support the evaluation and implementation of new features and integrations, and propose continuous improvements to existing environments.

Proven experience with VTEX IO, including development of components, custom apps and integrations.
Knowledge of VTEX FastStore, with an understanding of the framework architecture and best practices.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js applied to the VTEX ecosystem.
Experience configuring and administering the VTEX admin panel, including catalog setup, pricing, promotions, checkout, payment gateway and integrations.
Ability to analyze technical scopes and estimate development effort based on client requirements.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems in e-commerce environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into viable technical solutions.
Experience supporting go-live processes, ensuring stores go into production with stability and technical compliance.
