Bachelor’s degree in E-Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of corporate experience in instructional design within the legal field, the medical field, or other related highly regulated industries.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
Extreme organizational and editing skills
Proficiency with e-learning and productivity tools, including: Rippling LMS, Articulate Storyline and RISE 360, Canva, G-Suite, Office 365
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and clarity.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
Ability to problem-solve in the moment, identify issues, and resolve them quickly.
