Role Overview
- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytical needs.
- Perform initial data quality assessments and ensure data suitability for modeling and analysis.
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Validate and tune models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability in production environments.
- Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior team members on modeling techniques and best practices.
Requirements
- Option 1
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
- Option 2
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
- Option 3
- 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, including SQL and NoSQL databases, data quality standards, and data governance.
- Ability to identify, assess, and source appropriate data for business needs and perform initial data quality checks.
- Expertise in model development, validation, deployment, and scalability within production environments.
- Solid understanding of business domains to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful insights.
