Assist in preparing and posting accounting entries.
Perform reconciliations of accounting and bank accounts.
Support the preparation of accounting and financial reports.
Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close.
Assist in analyzing account variances and in expense control.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
Maintain organization and filing of accounting documents.
Provide support for internal and external audits by supplying required documents and information.
Participate in training and continuous development in accounting practices.

Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (currently studying or recently graduated).
1–2 years of experience in accounting is desirable but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
Experience with ERP systems (Protheus) is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
Analytical ability and attention to detail.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Basic to intermediate English is desirable.
