Principal Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

• develop high-quality applications servicing Risk and other business units
• modernize critical application for risk management
• collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• work with multi-functional team to establish project objectives
• deliver quality code and solutions following Fidelity’s standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Java, Angular, Springboot, Oracle, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS -EKS
• hands-on technical leadership experience
• experience architecting and producing technical designs and solutions
• strong communication skills
• application design & development experience across Relational Database and REST API development
• experience with build, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins)
• experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus)
• experience with Agile development practices
• background in brokerage trading applications/systems is a plus
