Lead and scale a high performing and customer driven product organization of currently 6 members to 10+ within next 12 months
Own and drive execution of the product roadmap
Build tight feedback loops with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure rapid iteration and value delivery
Define and implement scalable product processes, tools, and systems
Ensure product quality drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Hire, mentor, and develop vertical product teams to grow the next generation of product talent

Proven experience leading a product team of 10+ people (disciplinary & functional)
Track record of scaling complex multi-vertical B2B SaaS products from 0→1 and beyond
Deep understanding of the interplay between product quality, operations, and growth
Data-driven mindset: comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and tools like Grafana
Sound communicator who bridges product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Hands-on leader at heart: ready to dive into the details and shape the playbook
German (B2+) and based in Berlin or within commutable distance to be in the office 2-3 days per week
