Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new K-12 project opportunities
Provide design and technical support for educational facility projects
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in K-12 facility design
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Experience leading proposals or client presentations is a plus
Existing relationships with school districts are preferred.
